My Background

I have 20+ years experience coaching business owners, upper and middle managers and private practitioners, both privately and while employed in the health care sector. In addition, I have conducted workshops and training sessions on a wide variety of topics including:
  • Strategic Planning

  • Identifying and Targeting Your Ideal Client/Customer

These same areas are the focus of my coaching practice.

I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and I have taught at the university level at the University of Houston in Texas, and as a guest lecturer at Loyola Marymount University in California.

I am also a Coach U Graduate, and a founding member of Coachville.

I am a business owner, serve on several boards and I am a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. I am also a speaker in both the public and private sectors. I have been a Human Resources Director for a Fortune 500 company and I have extensive experience in training and development. I am also a Certified Teleclass Leader, having completed training through Teleclass International, Inc.

I attended the Disney Institute training entitled "The Disney Approach to Quality Customer Service", a three and one-half day workshop held on-site at the Disney Institute. This program, attended by CEO's, Presidents and Vice Presidents from across the country provided me with valuable insights into world-class customer service, strategy, and measurement, which adds value to the Business Development Coaching and collaborating with my clients.

In addition to my skills in Marketing, Internet Strategy and Business Development, I am also a web designer, creating both the content and the layout, and writing the HTML programming by hand (I do not use an editor). For more information on web design services, click here.

With this combination of skills and expertise, I have chosen to specialize in Marketing, Internet Strategy and Business Development.

I have pursued additional training, earning a certificate in e-Commerce from Christopher Newport University, which adds value to the Business Development Coaching and collaborating with my clients.
